history. Our award-winning social history museum
tells a charming story of life in the days of Queen
Victoria right up to the 1950s and is ideal for
groups of all ages.
Located in a beautiful 15th century medieval hall
house and packed with authentic artefacts, sounds
and smells a trip to Yesterday's World takes
visitors on magical journey through a series of
vividly recreated walk-through displays, which allow
you to touch, taste and experience different periods
of the past.

arrival in French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German
and Russian to help you make the most of your visit.

All visits should be pre-booked in advance

book online (provisional booking only). Alternatively, send us a fax on
+44 (0)1424 893316 dont forget to include the international dialling code of the country you are calling from.
We will then send confirmation of your booking to bring with you on the
day.
Payment methods
Visits should be paid for on the day or in
advance in British Pound Sterling. We accept
Mastercard, Visa, Solo, Switch, Maestro and
American Express cards or a cheque made payable
to 'Yesterday's World Limited.'

The minimum number of people for group visits
is 15. We can accommodate up to 100 people in a
group, if split into groups of 10 or 12 to go
round the exhibition.
Please note that students must be supervised by
a responsible adult at all times. You are
advised to check the availability of operational
