How to Apply
Simply print off this page, fill out the details and enclose a
passport-sized photo and a cheque for the correct amount, made payable to
'Yesterday's World Ltd' to:Yesterday's World Head Office

If you are applying for more than one membership, please print out a separate
form. In order to process your application efficiently, please check that
you have included one passport-sized photograph for each member (with name and
address on the back) and a cheque made payable to 'Yesterday's World Ltd' (with
your card number and expiry date on the back). Please note a
passport-sized photograph is required for each member on family
applications as individual cards will be issued for all. We regret that
we cannot accept an application without a photograph.

Terms and Conditions: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all
times. Membership ID cards must be presented at the counter prior to admission.
You are advised to check the opening of operational facilities (such as the cafe
and mini golf), museum closing times and event dates prior to visiting.
