‘What a place walking round remembering all the old sweets you use to buy, and seeing what it was like all them years ago, a really fascinating place to take the family’ - S Gills
fabulous place to visit. so much stuff from your childhood and things you remember mum or nan had. my sister and i spent four hours there (i had to go back to the car park to put another ticket on the car, as i was so much longer than i expected) had a reasonably priced, lovely clotted-cream tea in their cafe after my long look round.sat in the sunshine on their sun terrace, overlooking beautiful gardens.didnt have any more time to look round the gardens though. there was a childrens play area too. - r0ses447
Well worth a visit in spite of the climbing. I loved looking at the old artefacts in all the shops. The added commentaries at the press of a button are worth listening to. - S Wisbech
What a fantastic place to take the kids, we took our 9 year old son there, we spent hours looking at all the old things that our son had never seen before.
We used the tesco days out voucher which made the price much cheaper, we couldn’t believe how much there was here to see, as it doesn’t look very big from the outside. The royal room was well impressive and the way they gave you information was impressive too. - Vanessa H Shoreham-by-Sea
