Saturday 22nd – 30th October 2011 - Halloween Fun

Come and join in the fun at Yesterdays World, where children can visit our ghostly attic and take part in our spooky quiz. Plus one child goes free with every full paying adult!! This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

SUMMER CHARITY FETE REPORT!

Our annual Summer Charity Fete took place on Saturday, 21st August.
It was a great success and included a visit from the Mayor of Battle.

Despite the rain many people turned up to support the charities that were involved. These included Help For Heroes, St Michael’s Hospice, The Police, UFOSA, TB Alert, Life Boat Society, RSPCA, McMillan Cancer Research, M S Hastings, Cross Roads, The British Legion, NSPCC, SSCD and Make A Wish Foundation.

There were performances from local dance classes including
Latin Jive, Belly Dancing, Hip Hop and a Freestyling group. We had face painting, a bouncy castle, bric a brac stalls, a tiger throw, raffles, tombolas and much, much more.

A great day was had by all and thank you to all who came and raised money for these worthy and important causes.
